We understand that shopping for jewelry online can be a challenge if you can not try it on, and we always wish you to love your jewelry purchases.
DELIVERY
Our delivery lead time is 1-5 days after your purchase (however, most orders ship within 24 hours).
- We currently use Royal Mail for all orders dispatched from and to UK. Typical delivery time is around 5 business days.
- For international orders, will take longer depending on the postal service too, and within each destination.
On this case, if needed please contact us via email (or by Contact Us) to purchase items and to calculate shipping, and you can pay online via PayPal.
As soon as we process your order, you will receive an e-mail, that includes the tracking number for your package when expected.
Delivery Rates
UK : from £3.85 and Free delivery when you spend over £30.
Rest of the World : from £5.95 and Free delivery when you spend over £40.
TIME-SENSITIVE ORDER
If your order is time-sensitive, please be sure to include all necessary details in your order notes and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you. Extra delivery charges may apply.
CONDITION OF PRODUCTS
Our products are handmade so sizes and colours may vary from piece to piece.
We do our best to ensure each item reaches you in good condition and you are happy with your purchase. However, if the jewelry you ordered is not quite what you were looking for, please let us know within 5 days.
RETURN
If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept the return of an unused product within 10 days.
Please note:
- discounted and customised items are not eligible for a return, refund, credit or exchange;
- return shipping is your responsibility;
- we will not be able to process refound or exchanges for items lost or damaged in return transit due to delivery error;
- we expect to receive the item within 10 days after the acceptance to process a return or refund, except during the noted holiday.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it;
- in the original packaging;
- purchased from our website;
- you can opt for credit instead of a refund.
In accordance with the above then, pack the item securely and safely and send it via prepaid mail. Then, contact us with your order number and we can assist you.
EXCHANGES must meet the above criteria.
REFUND
Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
We will then give you a full refund (excluding shipping, as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 1 week for your return to be processed.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your items as soon as you receive your shipment. We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged within 14 days.
